Jemma Frankland
Planner
Jemma joined Manorwood at the start of 2026 as a Planner. She holds an MSc in Town Planning from the University of Brighton, where she developed a strong foundation in the planning industry.
Jemma began her career in 2023 working within the planning team at a Local Planning Authority, gaining valuable experience in development management. During this time, she worked on a wide range of applications and developed a solid understanding of the planning system.
At Manorwood, Jemma provides advice to clients on their planning proposals and manages submission of the planning and listed building consent applications.
