Principal Planner

Rebecca joined Manorwood as their Principal Planner in June 2025 and previously worked at Henry Adams in Chichester within their Planning & Land Team. Prior to this, she has over fifteen years’ experience working in Local Authority Development Management Teams across the South-East, these include Horsham District Council, South Downs National Park Authority, Adur & Worthing Councils and Arun District Council.

Rebecca is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and holds a BA (Hons) and PG Diploma in Town Planning.

Throughout her planning career, Rebecca’s has developed an interest in the historic environment and enjoys dealing with heritage related developments. She is currently undertaking an MSc in Building Conservation at the Weald & Downland Museum, to further her knowledge in the field of heritage.

At Manorwood, Rebecca provides advice to clients on their planning proposals and their compliance with planning policies, manages submission of the planning and listed building consent applications, pursues planning appeals and advises on enforcement issues.
